Taper week

Easter week.... another taper week.... a lot of chocolate, not much training... today 20K with the bike, it was with a tandem bike, with my dad... not a hard session, but a fun one! it is nice to chat while pushing on the pedals!!! tomorrow if the weather will be nice we will attempt a long bike ride, always with the tandem..... Taper week, but I've officially entered in the BRAT club... I went down to their Wednesday running session, and it was really fun.... and really hard, so it is supposed to be useful for training... I look forward to their Sunday morning bike sessions....
