structural plan

I'm looking for an off-season plan, that allow me to arrive in january/february, where the hardcore training will begin.... also, as I'm moving to MK, I'm looking for a new gym, and I'm looking for a 24h gym... which I haven't found yet! it seems all the gyms in UK close at 22! ok, I've got the turbotrainer at home, and this helps a lot. I'll slot in the swims, runs and weight sessions between 6am and 22! not bad. Tesco is open 24h and that is really exciting for me! I can think about going shopping after midnight! food shopping is not a problem here in UK! 
yesterday 13miles on the treadmill, I have to decide what to do today... but without a structured plan I'm a bit lost!
